Enjoying our new Ercol Cozensa sofa - quality furniture brands at great prices from a quality retailer! I definitely recommend Smiths for their excellent customer service (we ordered online) as they were attentive, friendly, polite and professional throughout the whole process and quick and willing to resolve the issue we had!
