ANOTHER VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER! We placed the order and received wrong parts without notification of being not refundable under any circumstances. Since receiving we are making complaint but just being ignore till the time passed to return at all. Senior management is as ignorant as at the basic level, after 3 months of struggling to get to any solution we are left with huge cost of wrong components sent by First choice and they are not acknowledging their fault, not providing complaint procedure deliberately Not to mention our non technical client received the correct parts much quicker and much cheaper from another supplier.
