Combi boilers are ideal for flats and houses (up to 4 bedrooms) who require hot water on demand and perhaps do not have space for a water tank. Conventional or system boilers are gravity fed and ideal for storage water for those with numerous bathrooms and en-suites where water could be used in more than one room at a time.

We provide an excellent and reliable boiler servicing and repair scheme for all of our clients (we are approved to service rented properties for landlords). It's important to keep your boiler serviced annually to avoid any unnecessary costs down the line. For those with existing valid warranties in place from the boiler manufacturer will often incur no charge for their repairs providing your boiler was installed with Perry Plumbing & Heating and the fault is an internal part. Valid warranties must be serviced annually.
