3rd post, afraid I'm a bit of a dinosaur, hopefully on the right page now! We needed some extra rings for a curtain pole set, looked everywhere, couldn't find any. Emailed Speedy Products for help. Marina from Speedy couldn't be more helpful, she explained that they didn't deal with the public, but she would send some extra rings to me. Two days later they arrived, this is customer service as it should be. I have no connection to Speedy products.only as a extremely satisfied customer 10/10.
