I have used on a number of occasions both to troubleshoot problems and to install a boiler and radiators for a house extension. I find them to be extremely polite, helpful and highly professional and can't recommend highly enough.
With all of this Coronavirus going around until I can find some hand sanitizers for the vans my engineers will be asking to wash hands going in and out of customers houses.
**ALERT:- A few customers have been on lately saying they have had a phone call to say their warranty has ran out on their boiler and they should pay for additional warranty, luckily these customers have rang and checked with us first. Wether you are our customer or another companies customer and if you get this phone call please ring the company who installed the boiler and DO NOT pay these people on the phone this is another way scamming so Please be careful
