Great service from start to finish. It was a Pleasure to deal with Mark Yeates, from initial site meeting and free design service to follow up after completion. I Had an initial drawing done and had them changed twice with no problems. All items were supplied on the agreed date and time without any problems. The quality of the fixtures and fittings are excellent, I would recommend ABC without question excellent service thank you for supplying exactly what we envisioned.

We purchased a Bristan shower unit, Roman glass shower enclosure, Infinity shower base by Roman Stone, Miller chrome soap dish, shower basket and robe hook, Wyndham toilet pan, cistern and seat from Ashford Bathroom Centre. Throughout our dealings with Ian in the sales department, he has been really helpful and very efficient, keeping us informed of delivery times for all the items we had ordered. During our bathroom refurbishment, our hot water cylinder sprang a leak and we ordered a new one through their plumbing department. We were without hot water for just a few days whilst they procured a new cylinder to our exact dimensional requirements. We are so impressed with their service that we would not want to go anywhere else for any future purchases. That together with the fact that they negotiated the best price for us for all the items we purchased means that we would recommend this company to anyone wanting anything in the plumbing/ sanitaryware line.
