Dave and his team of Alex, Micky and Kane came to our daughters and son-in-laws first home with a brief to fix some of the issues flagged up on the survey. It's a leap of faith on both sides, that the builder is good and the customer is also good. We needn't have worried at all. Dave's knowledge and expertise was brilliant and the boys very competent, good natured. They flew through all the jobs in few days leaving behind beautifully tiled floors, smooth plastered walls, a remodelled fireplace and a raft of cleared and new air bricks with a newly pointed chimney. I am absolutely thrilled with the work carried out by David Crouch and his team. Not only are they excellent builders but I found them to be friendly, trustworthy and punctual. I was dreading the thought of having them all in the house for 4 - 6 weeks but they were lovely lads and always respected my personal spaces within the house, always knocking and calling out before entering rooms.
Always does first class work. Very professional and knowledgeable. Has replaced flat roofs, roof tiles, stopped leaks, installed gutters and drainpipes, and I have a list of other work around the house that I'll be asking David to do including roof repair, re-plastering, replacement windows, and more. 3 week turnaround removal of kitchen. Removal of dividing wall. Stripping out ceiling. Moving integral soil pipe to exterior. All electric and plumbing alterations. New ceiling and plastering to all walls. New set of double feature doors into lounge. New kitchen installed by us and supplied by mkm.
A failed roof. Marley moderns installed on too low pitch. Timbers rotted and ceiling below going. We have replaced with a warm deck flat roof. New flashings and down pipes sorted out
Recent re roof using the tiles from the front as these were newer. All tiles replaced on the rear.
