DC Architectural Design is driven by the pursuit of quality - A belief that our surroundings directly influence the quality of peoples lives, whether in the work place, at home or the public spaces in between. It is not just buildings but urban design that affects our well-being. I am concerned with the physical context of a project, sensitive to the culture and climate of their place. I have applied the same priorities to public infrastructure locally. The quest for quality embraces the physical performance of buildings.

Conservatories are a great way to add additional space to your home and when they are well designed they can create a wonderful space that you can enjoy all year round. Single-storey rear extension must not extend beyond the rear wall of the 'original house'* by more than three metres if an attached house or by four metres if a detached house. Maximum depth of a rear extension of more than one storey of three metres from the rear wall of the 'original house'* including ground floor. Side extensions to be single storey with maximum height of four metres and width no more than half that of the original house.
