Simon Foster Architectural Services

Living and growing up in Newquay and with over 20 years' experience in the construction and property maintenance sector, I provide a local service. I started in the early 1990's as an Architectural Technician with The National Trust. There, I prepared drawings for projects ranging from new farm buildings to drawings supporting Listed Building applications for repair/renovation works. This continued during vacations from Cornwall College and The University of the West of England, Bristol. In 1998 I joined the Building and Design department of the well-respected firm of Chartered Surveyors, Stratton & Holborow (now Savills).

I provide architectural design services specialising in domestic extensions, renovations, refurbishments, loft conversions, garage conversions and new build projects. I produce construction drawings using the latest computer aided design software (CAD). I will work with you to ensure your requirements are captured and incorporated into the design for both Planning and Building Control and I will manage the application process on your behalf. My initial site visit to discuss your proposal is free and will be followed up with a written quotation.
