We work with ambitious clients, providing outstanding architectural concepts, design and construction consultancy services across Sussex, Surrey and Kent. Spruce Architecture have a flexible approach which enables us to serve individuals and businesses alike. We take a considered view of how a property or development will look and have the technical expertise to deliver great and functional designs. Please don't hesitate to get in touch; we'd be happy to talk about any proposals you may have. Spruce Architecture were instructed to prepare visuals for a pair of replacement dwellings on the site of an existing commercial property.

This project was introduced to us by Batcheller Monkhouse, it was for a relation of one of the Planning Department staff. We were flattered to be asked to carry out the work for them. The project was to add an additional bedroom to the first floor and remodel the internal layout to form a more efficient utility area. The design involved building over the top of the existing garage, this makes for a more connected look, the canopy or porch way over the front of the house adds some interest to what would otherwise be a fairly plain front elevation.

What's new?

A big thank you to the dynamic duo of Orla (5) decoration & consultancy & Ben (8) construction and QS.

Thank you to Narwras aged 11 from Brighton! We love the rural ivy you've decorated your mini house with and the bold use of pink that gives it a modern twist :) There's still prizes to be won and time to print and share your photos of the 'mini house' project. You can find the printable A4 template in the comments :)
