Before buying or renting it is prudent to commission a Building Survey so that you know what you are committing yourself to. A Building Survey covers all visible elements of the building and can be extended to include services and drainage. I can also give you advice about extensions, alterations and conversions. A valuation can be arranged at the same time. I normally carry out the survey within 3 days of being instructed, telephone you with the results on the day of the survey and follow this up with a written report.
