Services
Window Cleaning
Our purified water system cleans windows up to 80ft high without ladders, leaving no streaks or water marks. We use environmentally-friendly methods suitable for modern and traditional windows, including lead-framed and listed buildings. Our technicians are trained in both modern and traditional cleaning techniques to suit all property types.
Gutter Clearance
Using high-reach gutter vacuums and CCTV monitoring, we clear gutters up to 55ft high and provide video evidence of completion. Our service includes damage inspections and free annual reminder system to prevent blockages that could cause structural damage. Cherry picker access is available for hard-to-reach areas.
Pressure Washing
Our pressure washing restores brick, stone, concrete and metal surfaces while preserving material integrity. We use adjustable pressure systems suitable for delicate surfaces and can apply specialist chemicals for stubborn algae and black stains. Test patches are available for larger commercial projects.
Solar Panel Cleaning
Professional cleaning maintains solar panel efficiency by removing dirt and bird droppings that reduce energy output. We follow manufacturer warranty requirements and provide documentation to maintain warranty validity. Our reach-and-wash system safely cleans panels at height without causing damage.
Render Cleaning
Soft wash technology removes dirt and bacteria from render, K Rend and painted surfaces without damage. Our low-pressure system with specialist chemicals preserves surface integrity while restoring appearance. Regular maintenance prevents discolouration and extends surface lifespan.
