Based in rural East Ayrshire covering all of Ayrshire and South West Scotland. We are a family firm formed by John Mair in 1991, John has vast experience in all aspects of the construction industry having worked previously as a quantity surveyor and with the Local Authority. John has built a solid reputation for top quality construction. Alistair joined the company in 2007. He completed his HND in architectural technology whilst working as a technician in a chartered architect practise where he built his knowledge base and skill set. Working closely with our clients we provide a bespoke service that is tailored to each individuals needs which allows us to fully understand their hopes and aspirations for each project.

Stairhill Developments Ltd are able to provide a one stop shop for all building needs from initial design concept through to completion. With our wide range of skillsets, we cater our services to each individual client's needs. We can provide full design and build services or can provide a competitive quote for build only where clients already have designs and permissions in place. Our skilled tradesmen have maintained a name for high quality reinforced by our long standing membership to the Guild of Master Craftsmen.
