AVOID. rarely turned up on time and regularly cancelled, often leaving me to chase on the day where they where.
When expressing my concerns over the phone to the owner about one particular cleaner who had left early but not finished I was met with I was wrong and ‘do not interrupt me’ when I questioned the staff members time managment! I mean who speaks to any other human that way let alone a customer.
Despite this, needing help with two young children I let it roll on for too long. In the end I cancelled the contract following the cleaners again leaving early telling me that the owner would reimburse the last half hour. When I was told the cleaner shouldn’t have promised this and that they would not honour refunding the last half an hour it was the last straw, arguing with me over £15 when I had a £300 a week contract was ridiculous.
During my time using this company, I switched my direct debit from one bank account to another bank account. KF Clean It claim I owe them for a missed payment, however on the client invoice software they use called ‘Jobber’ the payment shows as ‘paid’
I have asked Multiple times in writing and verbally for them to provide a list of payments taken by them and then next to the payment the clean that It correlates too so I can ensure that the payment has not been taken at a different date. This request has repeatedly been ignored only for me to be redirected back to jobber which shows paid!
They have now paid a DEBT COLLECTION agency to collect the payment for this alleged missing clean. I have spoken to the man from the agency and told him all I want is the list of payments with the dates of the cleans next to them, Iv been speaking with him on and off for TWO WEEKS now as he acts as a go between between myself and them and this cleaning company has STILL not provided what I have asked for to make the payment. It is literally PAINFUL.
Even when the debt collector has passed on my request they STILL cannot manage to provide it and are sending over documents that don’t state the dates of the cleans I’ve requested.
Would not recommended this company to anyone and have literally never dealt with such incompetence in my entire life. KF Clean it, I’m more than happy to pay your £150 once you provide the simple request that I have asked for for months now? If you would of put as much effort into giving me the dates I’ve requested in the first instance compared to time spent and associated cost of employing a debt collector I’m sure this would have been dealt with months ago. Utterly ridiculous.

Having had the builders in for just over 4 months, the dust in my house was just about overwhelming. Following a conversation with Kerry Frost of KF Cleanit, she suggested that her company came in and did A Builders Clean. There was no way a regular domestic clean was going to do this job, even the cat was covered in dust! Kerry was a joy to deal with, she kept me informed and project managed the job from start to finish. The 3 girls she brought along were amazing - friendly and dedicated to providing me with an amazing service. The 4 of them worked diligently and with great attention to detail for 4 hours.

We have been using KFClean It for about 5 months. They are brilliant, the ladies are always polite and helpful, the cleans are excellent, I’ve had no reason to complain at all! They are very understanding regarding our puppy and make sure he’s out of the way when hoovering (it’s the big scary devil in his eyes) I would highly recommend them.

Paige and Abbey have done such a great job on our 3 bedroom house 😀 They’re very professional and leave such a good finish. We actually look forward to their visit as we know the house will be all sparkly and clean after they’ve been. Definitely a 5* star service from this company and well managed

Amazing girls, better than any other company I have ever used previously- when they leave, the house literally gleams on every surface, it smells so fresh and incredible and the personal service of changing sheets/making beds/fold down service puts them in a league of their own! Wouldnt use anyone else

Thank you so much to Bella, Paige and Rebecca for the amazing deep clean on our new house. The property had been left in a filthy condition by the previous owner but these girls have left it so clean and smelling fresh. I can’t actually believe what an excellent job they have done and we will be booking a regular clean with this company. Thanks also to Chantelle and Sammy for coming to the first couple of hours of the job - they were also fantastic. 5 stars!
Just had our first clean from KF Clean It and we are so impressed. The ladies arrived promptly and professionally dressed. The house is sparkling- they were so thorough! They even tackled my little boy's playroom - a minefield of toys! Thank you so much ladies!

Kat and Donna are absolute angels and have made my life sooooo much easier so that I can actually enjoy some of the few moments of spare time I have (rather than donning the marigolds and getting on with the cleaning).
