We ordered and paid for a table 18 months ago, they kept it in storage for us foc. When we were finally ready for it they delivered it along with the chairs. It was the. We realised the table was too low, they allowed us to then exchange the table for one suitable and delivered it and took away the old one at no extra cost. Amazing service from Nikki in the Loughborough shop. After a few months of window shopping, we finally decided on a beautiful Yes table in French oak. Nikki was brill each time we went in and offered us lots of help and was very patient. We finally did it! The table and chairs were delivered today (next day service, amazing) by two lovely guys.
