I would not recommend anyone to use this company especially if you want to have a new bathroom suite installed & also have it tiled. This was a very stressful experience for me as they managed to flood my kitchen & dining room on several occasions not to mention the unfinished grouting & tiling & dodgy plumbing of the bath which I had to have re-done by a qualified plumber who informed me it was so badly plumbed that just a couple more baths & the pipework would have burst causing the ceiling to come in & putting myself & my children at risk of injury in the process. I also had to have the boxed in area around the cistern taken off to find the leak & this will also have to redone. The latest mishap is a tile coming off the wall when my daughter was in the shower. I want to put this ordeal behind me & cannot wait to have my bathroom re-tiled. would rate this company very poor as they are not experienced in what they are doing. I had to write this review to prevent anyone else going through what I did. Photos will confirm this.
