I haven't actually paid for this company to come out and that's because after I explained my tv issue to the gentleman on the phone he talked me through what I needed to do. What a rarity to get a company that doesn't just think of the call out fee and provides the help over the phone for something that was simple (albeit a bloody mystery to me!). Thank you!
