Ever since Cleanology was founded, the environment has been at the heart of the company's ethos. We take our environmental responsibilities very seriously and have won multiple awards for our innovation and leadership on sustainability, both in the UK and across Europe. Using our own unique cleaning products, we have reduced our chemical usage by 99.4% and save over 26,000 plastic bottles a year. Our ever-expanding vehicle fleet operates on electric and hybrid energy, although we prefer to use public transport wherever possible.

Our cleaners come from 34 different countries worldwide, from South America to Eastern Europe. All our staff are rigorously vetted and we proudly operate one of the most stringent recruitment processes in the industry. We provide in-depth induction training and thereafter ongoing training, both on-site and off-site, as well as specialist training in areas such as carpet cleaning and floor polishing. We proudly offer genuine opportunity for career progression - most of our operational management team started as cleaners or supervisors.
