Asked me to wait on them getting parts to fix emergency boiler problem - never called back, ignored messages, when I chased just blocked me. Wasted a week, dont use/trust them.
Fantastic service and very friendly. Had a leak with one of our radiators in the middle of winter and after contacting him this morning, he was quick to reply and arrived this evening to make repairs. Very grateful and I would absolutely contact again if needed and recommend to a friend!
I contacted Antony late evening and he got straight back to me. Turned up the next morning, sorted the problem in no time and I was back up and running with water. Very happy and would definitely recommend.
Feb 2016, Finally got a new combi boiler fitted along with a radiator in the cupboard where the hot water tank had lived, this allows us to continue using the the cupboard to keep our towels etc warm. I pointed out to the engineer that we had a radiator that had never got above luke warm since moving into the house 16 years ago, he assured me it would work once he had installed the new boiler. The first thing we checked when the boiler was up and running was the now extremely warm radiator. Our heating times have been cut by a third as the heating is working so well the house has never been this warm ever.
