For any work carried out on your home, we have a minimum charge of 95 for upto two storey properties, minimum of 150 for three storey properties and above.

Guttering is the very important section of your roofline that takes the rainwater away from your roof and away from your home. In most cases it is a functional piece of the home, in some it nowadays can be a stylish element too. Probably the most important factors are, that the capacity of the gutter is correct for the size of the roof and that it has sufficent down pipes for the length of the guttering and of course correct alignment to each down pipe. At The Roofline Specialist, we offer an on site survey to assess your current guttering and down pipes, prior to providing a detailed report and quotation for any new requirements.

The Roofline Specialist started out many years ago clearing gutters, growing into the full service roofline company we are today. We have many customers that come back to us every year to have their gutters cleaned. We offer a basic gutter clearance, in which we remove all debris from guttering and swan necks (the pipe bend that connects the gutter to the down pipe). During your clearance we always, as a matter of course, inspect your guttering and roofline for any potential issues and report back to you showing photographs, if necessary.

We can work on all types of roof, including chimney stacks and only use the highest quality materials allowing us to guarantee the repairs we carry out for you. Our skilled roofers can fit replacement natural slate tiles, Eternit, pan tiles, lead work or ridge tiles, as well as repairs for felt flat roofs by layering hot bitumen, and if necessary can install a whole new roofing system to provide a more efficient and effective solution for your property. Exterior painting is another one of our range of services. Our attention to detail and use of top quality products, enables us to provide the protection the outside of your home requires. Where wooden fascia and soffit boards are in good sound condition, we can rub down and paint or stain using a variety of colours and finishes. Rendered walls, stone window cills, window frames, garage door frames are all items we cover with our exterior painting. Moss on the roof of your home not only looks unsightly but also leads to further issues. It will eventually loosen and fall into the gutters causing blockages, it can also aid the erosion of mortar on pointing, causing loose ridge tiles to fall in high winds. At The Roofline Specialist, we do not use pressure washers, our method of scraping and sweeping by hand, ensures no damage to roof tiles. While on the roof we also inspect for any hidden issues, like broken tiles that are not always visible with a coverage of moss.
