When contacting you about your vehicle, we will clearly explain all the options available to you, along with our personal recommendations. We follow manufactures servicing intervals for replacements of serviceable components such as your Air filter, Fuel filters, spark plugs and so on. We also have a very safety conscious and common sense approach to our servicing. Many of our customers don't often reach the service intervals recommended by the manufacturer or the vehicles on board service reminder, because of this Mrs Jones who has possibly done less than 1,000 miles in a year will not require a full service with all the trimmings but will only require a safety service, but Mr Jones who has possibly gone over the service interval by 1,000 miles will require a full service with parts replaced where necessary as per the service interval.
