I always recommend Springbok Garage to people, I cannot praise the provided level of service highly enough. I have used the garage for a few years now & I have never had anything other than positive experiences. As a stereotypical woman with poor mechanical knowledge, it is very refreshing to know that the guys here are always honest & will not perform unnecessary work or add extra charges to a bill purely to bump up their profit. I trust their advice implicitly & I cannot say that about any other garage I have used previously. In addition, they have always be extremely courteous & professional. Other garages could learn a lot from the way Springbok Garage treat their customers.
Honest and communicative- that's what anyone wants from a garage. Not a jot of work was done until they had my full say so (unlike other garages who present extra items as a fait accompli) and the prices for parts and labour are fair. Highly recommended.
We've used this garage for the last three years for all our services and MOTs, after switching from using our local VW dealership. Can't recommend them highly enough. Honest, thorough and most importantly, significantly cheaper than the big guys. Great customer service, too.
