Jake and his team were fantastic from start to finish, they did a great job on renewing our porch roof. They were polite and courteous, the work completed was to a high standard and constantly cleaning up behind themselves, to the point that the front garden was tidier when they finished than when they stared! Thanks again guys.

Disappointed by the lack of knowledge how to convert a cold flat roof to a warm flat roof. Didn't use the correct materials and didn't provide everything on the quote that we paid for.
Refused to come out when we raised issues, customer service was abysmal: don't answer their office phone, take days to reply to emails.
Kept postponing start dates, didn't keep to promises made.
In the end we had to use the NFRC Arbitration Service and although they are Danosa Premier Installers, Danosa themselves tod them the roof required a full re-work.
It took them multiples goes as they even didn't do the re-work correctly.
It took us more than 10 months to get the roof we paid for and we had to fight all the way and without the NFRC Arbitration wouldn't have got it over the line.
We have used Langdon Roofing in the past but won't use them again.
