Back in 1996 when we first started this company we recognised the real difficulties for landlords trying to arrange appliance repairs for their tenants. We were one of the first companies to offer a bespoke service for tenanted properties and today we have a successful working partnership with more than 140 managing agents in London and Surrey. As well as PAT testing we also offer pre-tenancy checks and servicing. This includes de-scale treatments on washers and dishwashers, replacing blown bulbs in fridges and ovens, changing filters on cooker hoods and advising you on any issues or repairs that ensure the proper function of an appliance.

We offer a same day/ next day service. Book before 10am and we will get an engineer to you the same day - subject to demand and availability. Our engineers work across all popular makes and models of domestic appliance so they can repair more than just one appliance when they visit. For your convenience we offer 4 hour windows for our call-outs and our engineers can call you 1 hour before they get to you. We only use genuine/ approved quality parts and if we don't have them to hand we can quickly source them.
