I had a door lock replaced that was not working at all. Ask them ( John) to come and have a look at it. He came the next day and sent me a quote that evening. I was happy with the quote and then came two days later and completed the job due to it being urgent as we could not lock the front door. Did a very good job and we are very happy with the work carried out. Would use again if anything went wrong with any of my doors and windows.

Had a French door panel replaced with a pane with cat flap hole, cat flap installation and repair of window runners on a small window.

John was.prompt, polite and very tidy, even putting a dust sheet on the floor to protect my carpets. He replaced 2 windows and a door and the prices are extremely competitive. Thoroughly recommend

Three sets of doors letting in the winter wind and rain plus a window that would not close.
Phone up on Tuesday, quote the same day. All work done very quickly and with no mess on Thursday.
Price of work, very reasonable.
Highly recommend if you double glazed units need attention.
