Do not use, its a dodgy buisness. They dont have any premises or a yard for their materials and instead store it all on public streets in their high riser white Vans and trailers behind a primary school (which is a bit creepy as the guys just sit there in their vans staring) and blocking resident's access to visitor bays. They have been reported to the council for fly tipping so if you want them to collect your rubbish or waste make sure there is nothing in it showing your details as they will probably dump it on the street somewhere and innocent customers will get the fine.
After getting multiple bad review they deleted their google business account and set up another company called Land Surgery Ltd (same Director). if you google greenhavenltd.com it automatically diverts you to land surgery website which is basically the same crooks under a different name.

I do not recommend. Charged me £3500 for a gate which was never fixed up properly. Poorly done job. When I called director Sam he wanted more money and then stopped answering my phone. Their company has not filed any accounts despite trading since 2019. Now they have deleted their business from Google. Avoid as they will take your money and disappear.

Watched these guys working at a neighbour’s house, shaping trees. They were doing a great job so I asked them for a quote for mine... and they’ve now done it. Absolutely brilliant. Polite, tidy and very knowledgable. Most importantly, wonderful job on the tree!
