We called modern loft rooms because of there great reviews and can say we made the right choice for them change our loft to a family room.
The guys was out standing and couldn’t praise them any more hen what they did for us, was all ways helpful on time and there cleaning was great at the end of each day.
The company was not cheap or to expensive but just came in the middle to meet our budget and needs for more works to be carried out in all the bedrooms.
We would like to say thank you modern loft rooms we really appreciate your time and efforts through out the 6 weeks you was here. We will definitely use this company again and would recommend them any day.

Colin and his team did a beautiful loft conversion for me he was very polite always on time and very tidy with minimal mess my loft was completed in the time he said it would be done would recommend Colin and his team to friends and family thank you Colin for a beautiful loft very pleased with it

My wife and I contacted Colin for a quote and we received a comprehensive quote that and was a good price. I have worked with numerous trades in the past and the biggest problem is not keeping to promises, I can confirm this was not the case here, every day I would get a schedule of work to be completed over the coming days a time they would arrive and depart and this was stuck to 100%. The lads are super polite and worked really well and got on with the job with no fuss! The build quality is amazing and the finish of the extension was exactly what I wanted, I would go as far to say the work done has exceeded my expectations in all areas. In the past I have had a nervousness about building due to mess and reliability and on this occasion the mess was kept to a minimum and at the end of the day cleared as much as possible and the reliability was perfect. I cannot recommend the guys enough. I have also had neighbors and friends comment on how good the work is and how quickly it was done.
