Questions
Do I need planning permission for a home extension?
It depends on local authority requirements. Extensions over 6 metres typically require planning permission. We advise confirming with your council before starting work.
How much does a home extension cost?
Extensions cost £2,000–£3,000 per square meter, depending on finishes and fittings. We provide detailed quotes tailored to your project specifications.
Can I build an extension myself?
While possible, building regulations make professional support advisable. We ensure compliance and structural integrity for safe, legal extensions.
Do you supply materials for garden walls?
Yes, we provide all materials and labour unless specified otherwise. Discuss your preferences during the free quotation process.
Are your driveway services suitable for commercial properties?
Yes, we create durable driveways for both residential and commercial use, using hardwearing materials to withstand heavy traffic.

We asked for a small garden wall surrounding the front of our terraced house. The speed, quality and overall workmanship was top notch. We are really pleased with the result and by far met our expectations. The guys who worked on it were professional and polite. Thanks Mitchell and team.

Required the drive to be widened and found MTD on the internet. They understood what I required from the start and at no time did they push to do this or that. They contacted me with a start date and when the materials would be delivered and arrived punctually on the day. From start to finish they worked tidely and when finished cleaned the whole area. I would recommend them to anyone looking for work to be carried out

I needed a small brickwork job completing and Mitchell quickly quoted and booked a date. He's punctual and very professional. He provides the "personal touch" larger companies cannot and his work is top notch, with a high attention to detail. As he was working indoors, Mitchell carefully covered exposed carpets and furniture to protect them from dust. I wanted an existing chimney opening lowered and knocked through to the adjoining room making it two sided. The work was to a very high and neat standard, I'm super pleased with what he did. His fee is very reasonable and represents very good value. Highly recommended.
