Any new Gas Boiler installations will need to have; *Smart controls (or if you want basic controls); *Weather sensing device (uses outside info to control how hot to heat the boiler Central Heating water and for how long); *Flue Heat recovery (good for large houses and/or house with a lot of occupants); *Load compensation (controls how hot and fit how long to heat Central Heating water to achieve target).
