All rewires will comply with the BS7671 regulations and include new cabling and fittings, new consumer unit including MCBs and RCD. All relevant bonding to BS7671 regulations. Full IEE certificate on completion. Regular inspections also need to be performed on electrical installations between Periodic Inspections, usually on an annual basis, as damage and deterioration can occur. To meet this requirement we offer a less comprehensive inspection which is limited to a visual inspection and some functional testing.
