What AMAZING service! En route from Brittany where we live to Cumbria to visit my parents because my Dad is not well and has been admitted to a full-care Nursing Home. Hit a huge pothole on motorway and limped to Enfield. French Assistance insurance worse than useless and after a 3-hour wait asked us to find a solution!?Phoned a local garage, who put us in touch with Russel at Pressbay and an independent breakdown chap. He changed the tyre and gave us the go-ahead to drive the 3.5 miles to Pressbay Immediately we arrived our Motorhome was taken through to the bays for a full safety check and we were able to wait in the office with our 3 very-stressed dogs (who were actually amazing given the circumstances). 15 mins later we were told the vehicle was safe and we could get on our way. Charge from Pressbay? Not a penny! Wow, just THANK YOU SOOO MUCH GUYS.
No problem is too big or too small, always there to help out with any problem, either on the phone or in the workshop, great service and great employees. Thank you for making my life owning a car much more fun and care free!
