We are based in Carshalton, Surrey and got Terry to replace an existing system with a new Viessmann Vitodens 200-W boiler, Joules Cyclone high-gain hot water cylinder, and water softener. The boiler was repositioned and the old layout was redesigned so the system is now a lot simpler and neater with unnecessary pumps and pipework removed. The new system looks fantastic.
Our previous boiler was repaired by an 'engineer' who left the boiler in a dangerous and damaged state. This was not noticed by a couple of other engineers so we had no working system for a while. Getting Terry to take a look was the best decision ever and he was superb in taking the time to understand the issue and was very quickly able to diagnose the fault and identify the damage that had been caused as a result.
Terry is a true craftsman with extensive experience and expertise as an engineer and an obvious passion for the field. He took the time to understand the existing system and what our requirements were before designing a system that works for us and more importantly the house. Efficiency was a key factor for us and the new system has been designed to operate at a lower temperature, helping the boiler run more efficiently and reducing the amount of gas used. Even though it is summer at the moment we have seen an improvement as we are currently using a third to quarter of gas for hot water compared to the previous system. It will be interesting to measure the improvement when the heating is used going into winter.
It's been a pleasure to have Terry around throughout as he is very friendly and easy to talk to. The work has been very neat and organised with excellent workmanship. Terry has also been keen to ensure we are happy with the work and that we understand the new system and its technical characteristics. The overall focus has been on getting the job right and correct and as a result we have a huge amount of trust in Terry and what has been done. Terry installed a new boiler after our 16 year old one finally decided to give up the ghost (we live in Old Coulsdon). A very fast response with plenty of helpful communication and a really nice guy. Terry and his son arrived on time on the day and did a full power flush before the install - our old Grundfos pump (which was at least 30 years old and was weak) needed to be replaced and this was also done. Terry was always helpful and updating progress as he went along. He went the extra mile for example overhauling the main stopcock that had been troublesome for many years and got it working properly. All working by 5pm that day - thank you Terry! A job well done at the price I was happy with.

Terry was extremely helpful, honest and knowledgeable throughout. He quickly diagnosed the problem correctly, explained everything clearly, repaired the leaking boiler pipework, and carried out a full boiler service.

I contacted Lambert Heating when experiencing problems with our boiler. Two previous engineers had tried to fix the problem, however they were unable to. I called Lambert heating.We were thinking we may have to replace the boiler as this is what had been advised prior to Lambert heating visit. Terry investigated the issue, arranged for a new part and returned the next day to fit it. The boiler has been working perfectly since. I had my heat pump installed in November so I am just coming to the end of my first heating season and I am able to give an informed review of how the system performs. I am based in Sussex.
In summary, it has been fantastic. I am so happy with the installation from Lambert Heating and Renewables. The heat pump performance is great with a COP of around 4 according to the Vaillant app but the thing that has impressed me most is that I havent had to touch the controls, settings or anything else since the day Terry commissioned the system. This shows what a great job he did of specifying, installing and commissioning the system, for example, going to great lengths to make sure the radiators were all balanced.
The rest of the process was good as well. The survey was straightforward for me. The Heat Geek software looked impressive. Terry explained things to me clearly and worked through different scenarios until we had a specification that I was happy with. The installation was really professional, I was particularly happy with the job Terry did of my airing cupboard (see picture).
Terrys communication throughout was great and I would highly recommend him to anyone considering a heat pump.

I cant recommend Terry enough. A very trust worthy and reliable gent. My Ideal Experience2 Boiler was making all sorts of weird noises. I dropped Terry a message, explaining the issue and that I was home with my 10 month old baby. He came round straight away and sorted the boiler for me. He was friendly, kind, personable and explained everything really clearly, fixed the problem (wasnt anything major thank god) and the cost was really reasonable. Terry has just completed a complex job at our house in Kenley. He fitted a Vaillant Heat pump, and replaced the hot water cylinder, all the radiators and pipework; and removed the old gas setup. Incredibly neat work with the least amount of disruption given the huge amount of work required. We are very happy with the result. We definitely recommend Terry if you are planning complex work that requires extra attention to detail and very neat work.

Terry did an amazing job servicing our boiler and replacing a few faulty UFH manifold valves. In an industry with so many cowboys it was nice to see someone who is passionate about their job and the service they deliver. I had a whole load of questions about my heating system and Terry didn't mind me pestering him with those, which was nice to see. My only criticism perhaps was that Terry was tricky to get hold of but I'm glad I waited because I can't fault the quality of his work.

Terry recently installed a Viessmann Vitodens 100-W 26kW Combi for us in Balham and did an absolutely fantastic job. He kept us well informed of timings ahead of the installation.
Very professional and clearly very knowledgable about the products he installs. He talked us through the major changes from the old boiler and made lots of good recommendations on the best way to ensure we get the best heating configuration with our slightly odd radiator setup.
Very responsive to questions and we would not hesitate to use Terry again.

Weve been trusting Terry of Lambert Heating for over 14 years now, and I cant recommend him highly enough! We first worked with Terry for the replacement of our combi boiler, as the original only lasted 7 years. Fast forward 13.5 years, and weve just had our second combi boiler installed by Terry.

Terry did a fantastic job designing and fitting our heat pump system and water softener, sorting out some questionable older plumbing also. Particularly appreciated how much he listened to us and what we wanted, and how careful he was to get everything just right. The system has been amazingly efficient and no problems with it. First time I've used Lambert Heating. Terry was excellent, from keeping me informed about the afternoon he'd be calling, to a text saying he was on his way, to giving me an accurate estimation of the cost involved. A simple radiator thermostat repair became more complicated and it had to be replaced along with some piping, all of which Terry took in his stride, he also took a look at my boiler. Job done and everything working fine since. I would recommend this company.

What can I say to praise Terry!
My boiler had it's yearly service, Terry installed a ATAG boiler 11 years ago, it had several serviceable issues which may of meant it was going to be a bit of a money pit trying to bring it back to its former glory.
Had a chat with Terry regarding the best boiler to get, decided on a Viessmann, then needed to decide on a 100 or 200 combi model, the 200 had more tech and looked to do what I want to do in the long run.
In reaching my decision Terry helped with some sound advise, didn't push for one or the other I went for the 200 and I have to say it's been great so far and the app along with the new efficiency the boiler provides I'm glad I did.
The next step was trying to get the boiler fitted, Terry put himself out working late afternoons in to the early evenings in order to get the boiler sorted. He had a full diary and I really appreciated the efforts he went to in order to ensure my family could have heating, hot water and showers.
I would highly recommend Terry to anyone who needed assistance with their boiler, he is a heating Jedi and is passionate about his work and always leaves a top notch job and work another tradesman complements when seen.
