We discovered a problem with our central heating on Monday 20th December and are expecting elderly relatives to stay with us for a week over Christmas. A cold house would not have been a great welcome. I called LGH on the Monday anticipating all closed for Christmas but they arranged for them to call on Tuesday to have a look. He was very thorough in identifying the issue, procuring a part and fitting it. An excellent job and a great relief with a warm house for Christmas. Many thanks to LGH for a prompt response at a busy time of the year.

Johnny, the service engineer, arrived early and waited until we showed signs of life! He serviced out 10yr + boiler and checked all radiators. A small drip from the condensate trap was identified and corrected. Fast and courteous service from a company which we have used for ten years and more with no problems whatsoever.

This was work done at my mums house, while she was living away due to Covid. Not only did Kerrie reschedule the work, when there was a problem getting in to the house due to a key issue, she then arranged an electrician to do necessary electrical work and sent the plumber back to do the follow up work - all within 4 days - and fitting in with when the neighbour was around. Mum was able to come back to a warm house with hot water. Essential for an old lady. Brilliant service. Thank you.

We have just had a back boiler removed, old gas fire removed, new combi installed and new radiators. It took 3 days to do the job. Scott, Jay and Jack were very efficient and professional and got the job done. They tidied up after themselves and we are very pleased with the work. would definitely recommend using LGH Plumbing and Heating.

I was lucky to win the competition for a free boiler service. I would thoroughly recommend them . The service was exception from the booking in to the engineer arriving and completing the service. Scott was extremely professional adhering to social distance regulations then talked us through what he had done and some recommendations for next year. Would happily contact them for future work.

All our plumbing work was carried out by LGH during our house renovation. Great team - very reliable, always on time & do a clean and tidy job! All radiators supplied & fitted alongside our new bathroom! All pipes were hidden to ensure a clean & tidy finish! Would highly recommend!
