Hi Everyone, 12 years ago I had double glazing fitted at my property by a company based in Leicester the sales rep at that time surveyed the property and subsequently I went ahead with the quote and the windows and bay windows were fitted.18 months ago I noticed that a crack was forming across my top bay, I rang the company who fitted them and they came out and did a survey and realised that the reinforced plastic that was fitted at the time was Insufficient as there was a brick apex above, what happened next really surprised me.
The company replaced both top and bottom bays at no cost to me as they were not happy with the product they had fitted 12 years earlier I cannot praise this company enough they went above and beyond I would like to thank Vince the owner Gavin the surveyor Craig the installer for everthing they have done . Absolutely Fantastic Company

Fantastic experience!!! Dawn deserves a medal! She supported me all the way through with my endless string of questions and difficulties with decision making and I never once felt like I was being an inconvenience to her! Abbey windows were extremely honest with me throughout the process and respectful when I needed time to think about my options. Dawn even came to my house to bring me samples to look at!
The installation was extremely efficient - I had 3 men fitting four windows so it was a very quick job and they were very respectful of their working area, leaving the place tidy after they left! The windows look incredible and they feel like an expensive finish! I cant recommend them enough - thank you!

I cant praise this company highly enough. From the very start they were excellent. Easy to make appointments with and communicate with throughout. Very competitive price. Fitters was just great, courteous, punctual and incredibly hard working. They were tidy and respectful of our house. The windows are excellent quality and we opted for noise reduction glass and its fantastic. Many people passing the house have commented on what a great job they have done. Excellent all round.
