Harrington Builders Kenley Ltd is a family run business that specialises in Extensions, Structural Alterations, Full Refurbishments and Kitchens. We have recently been awarded membership to The Federation of Master Builders and the Government TrustMark schemes to go with our membership to The Which, all of these companies have individually vetted us to show our commitment to providing the best quality of work and as such we are now able to offer insurance through the FMB as well as our existing company.

Harrington Builders Kenley Ltd has a small team of full-time staff with up to 30 years experience in skilled labour and client relationships. We also have a wide range of trusted sub-contractors that we can call upon as and when we need to, to keep your job moving at the correct pace. They are people/companies that we have worked with for many years and are all qualified in the own field (Gas Safe qualified plumbers, NICEIC qualified electricians.) We are aware that having work undertaken on your house can interrupt your daily routine, therefore every effort is made to ensure that each contract, however large is carried out to the highest standard, with consideration to causing the least amount of disruption to your home and family.

Finished pictures of the double extension we were asked to build on the side of the house to create an annex, it has its own front door on the side leading straight upstairs to the open plan lounge area with fantastic views of the garden and extending to Woldingham golf course. On the ground floor is a large new bedroom and en-suite accessed from the old house. In this project we had to knock down an existing conservatory, remove an internal and external wall to create a large kitchen/dining/relaxing room.
