I am fairly 'IT-literate' and self-taught for finding my way around a computer making the internet work for me. However, dealing with some of the emerging malicious virus-spams is another matter as they have become quite sophisticated and difficult to remove. Last weekend is a case in point my PC was attacked by the Zeus malicious-virus which was very worrying but fortunately for me Mel's Computer Care service promptly responded to my request for help and very soon sorted out the problem and my PC now has a clean bill of health. I can wholeheartedly recommend Mel, he is calm and helpful and uses plain-English not geek-speak! In addition I am deaf so unable to access a phone but Mel is accessible by e-mail & SMS. Mel's rates are reasonable and well worth the modest outlay for peace of mind.
