I would not hesitate to recommend Castle Windows who have recently replaced one of the windows of our conservatory, adding a cat flap to it. We initially found them via Checkatrade. They responded very quickly to the enquiry providing a reasonable price for the job. In all aspects their service has been very professional and we're very happy with the result.

Called out this company for window and roof lantern repairs as they are one of the few that will do smaller jobs and carry out repairs. Paul did an excellent job and persevered with several challenges with our windows to ensure they were all fixed. Great job, many thanks.

Castle Windows replaced my very old, leaking, polycarbonate conservatory roof with an Equinox solid roof system. From the very first visit to discuss the job to the completion of the work Castle Windows were consistently supportive, informative, empathetic and highly efficient. The job took less time than quoted. The team who carried out the work were always on time, kept the site clean and tidy, including at the end of every working day. They were considerate and great people to have around. The additional trades such as plasterers and electrician, also turned up exactly at the time promised and I never had to chase anyone. The new roof has transformed not just the conservatory but the entire living experience in my home. It has definitely exceeded what was promised and my expectations. Having had a lot of experience with home improvements in the past and knowing how challenging they can be , this proved to be a wonderfully positive experience and I cannot recommend Castle Windows highly enough.

Had all my doors and windows replaced by Castle Windows in about 2016 and they were very helpful from the salesman to the installation team. Straight up with a good price and I have recommended them since. I am writing this review in 2025 because the back door started to catch. I phoned on Tuesday, got an appointment on Thursday and the nice chap who came over fixed it in under 10 min. (Obviously free as under 10 year guarantee) This suggests you will have no issues at all.
