Adam was great from start to finish! Reasonably priced. Have now used his services three times, 1) to flush under floor heating, 2) install a new boiler & move water tank and 3) install sink & tap in utility. Would definitely recommend!

A big thank you to Adam (& George) who made such a professional job of installing our new Vaillant boiler. We’d put it off for years because we thought it would mean major disruption but he was here at 8am and new boiler was installed by 3:30! We would definitely recommend

Adam was excellent from Berkshire Gas Ltd. He attended the property to diagnose the issue and then explained clearly to me his findings. Whilst the quote was significant, it was a fair reflection of the work that was carried out and I have no doubt that Adam has made a huge difference to the quality of my heating system which I can now feel safe and comfortable with. Adam and his apprentice were clean, tidy and polite. I trusted them implicitly in my home and also was cognitive that they took covid-19 precautions and safety seriously which in turn gave me reassurances in my own home. I had no previous experience of Berkshire Gas Ltd and have no relationship with this company or any of their personnel but I would have absolutely no doubts in recommending them. What I felt was that I could 'TRUST' Adam in his expertise and in not being taken for granted as a single female with no experience in heating systems. He was customer focused from start to finish. I have known Adam about 8yrs when my boiler had to be condemned, it was winter time so I needed heat on he was recommended to me so he put a job off so that I had heating since then he does all my work and my customers have really been impressed with the standard of work and how tidy he is!

Adam is not only very professional and knowledgable he is really personable and did a great job! He replaced the boiler in an emergency and we were so pleased we asked him to come back and upgrade the heating system which he has done to our great pleasure, we are now not only running a warmer house but more efficiently!
