Cambridge Solar has over the past few years growin into one of East Anglias most established and experienced solar panel installers. We love the technical details. So you don't have to. We have years of experience designing and installing high quality solar panel systems. Our technical staff are trained to MSc level and regularly attend technical training sessions from our manufacturers to stay up to date with developments.

With solar panels, like any product on the market, you can buy high quality, low quality or anything in-between. And like any installation work, the quality of the workmanship can vary from high quality craftsmanship down to poor quality installations being installed as fast as possible without care or consideration. Good solar panel installations are expected to last 30+ years. That is a long time to be working every day, sat out in the elements getting wet, hot, cold, etc. If you don't make sure you invest in quality components to begin with you will end up paying more in the long run.

The workmanship on every solar PV system installed by Cambridge Solar Ltd is independently insured by IWA, the Independent Warranty Association, and the components have manufacturer's warranties that often exceed 20 years. Don't hesitate to contact us if you believe there might be an issue with your system---often we can help you diagnose what's going on over the phone, especially if you have an online monitoring portal like SolarEdge or Enphase. In the rare case that something has gone awry, we are available to schedule a maintenance visit.

We have many years of experience in the UK renewable energy industry as our founder, Owen Morgan first started work in the industry in 1999. Since then he has designed and installed solar pv (off-grid and grid-connect), solar thermal and wind turbine systems as well as working on hydro and biomass projects. In this time he has designed hundreds of solar pv systems that have been installed across the globe.
