This will ensure your appliance is working efficiently and more importantly safely every year giving you piece of mind and a nice warm home whenever you need it. Most boiler manufacturers now also state that any existing warranty or guarantee supplied on their appliance is dependent on the boiler being serviced once a year, so make sure your all up to date!
