We are a Shropshire based renewable installation company that has been established since 2010, installing and servicing of solar PV, solar thermal, air source heat pumps and LED lighting. During this time we have built up a large portfolio of domestic and commercial installations, with a total installed capacity of more than 1.25MW of solar PV installations and multiple air source heat pump and solar thermal installations. More recently we have moved into the LED lighting sector, simply because of how well it fits into our business model.

An air to water heat pump is designed to use heat from the air outside to heat underfloor heating systems, radiators and hot water in your home. They work in a very similar way to your fridge, but instead of removing heat from inside the fridge the heat is removed from the outside air and transferred to your homes heating and hot water systems. Even when the temperature outside is as low as -20° C heat pumps will perform fantastically, and can save you up to 80% of your energy costs when compared to convention oil or gas systems.

An LED lamp is a light-emitting diode (LED), or several diodes in a cluster, that are assembled into a lamp shaped body (or light bulb) for use in replacing existing lamps in lighting fixtures. Because of their unique design LED lamps have a much greater lifespan, and also the energy efficiency of LED lamps can save you up to 90% electricity compared to incandescent lamps, and up to 50% more than most fluorescent lamps or tubes. Most energy saving lamps can take minutes to warm up properly and reach their output brightness, but just like standard incandescent lamps LED lights come to full brightness instantly and without the need for any warm-up period.

Go Green Systems are MCS accredited to carry out general servicing and also reapirs to solar thermal systems. Regular servicing will optimise the performance of your system whilst protecting it from the affects of the winter months. We recommend the customer periodically inspects the cleanliness of the solar collectors. Solar collectors are self-cleaning but in extreme circumstances some physical cleaning maybe beneficial. We can provide a cleaning service for these if your system is high, inaccessible, or you just don't fancy climbing a ladder to access your roof; further details are available upon request.
