I work for a large homeless charity running accommodation services across London, and have always found Combat to helpful, efficient and up to the challenge. I have complete trust in them despite the environments and circumstances sometimes being testing - They care about our clients, as well as about the issues at hand, and I couldn't recommend them more.

I emailed on a Sunday, had a response and confirmed booking same day. On the agreed day, an extremely professional employee arrived on time, looked at the nest, explained exactly what he was going to do, did it, discussed what would happen next, all done in a friendly, easy to understand way. Superb service all round and no wasps seen in the week since the visit. Highly recommended.

Combat dealt swiftly and efficiently with a burrow of rats in our garden. They also sealed entry points in to the house. Everything was completed according to the agreed schedule and budget. Things that stood out: their professionalism and expertise. They were incredibly helpful (and reassuring!) and did a really competent job. The entry sealing was a big job and the operative left the kitchen spotless. Follow up package also clearly signalled.

My company depends on it's partners to be fast, professional, thorough, straight talking and 'on it'. We also need to be able to trust them to deal with our customers as if they are our own staff. Combat and its staff are this and more. They've completed multiple jobs for us and each one has been a success. I'm happy to be able to consider them to be very trusted partners.
100% recommend.

I had previously used another firm, but was unhappy with them. COMBAT pest control were fantastic, helpful, efficient and well priced. They kept me informed every step of the way. They took photos of before and after of my loft, following a squirrel infestation, and drew a plan of the area that had been affected. I cannot recommend them highly enough. You will not find a better firm.

We had a problem with rodents in the house and I contacted Combat, who straight away called me back and talked through the whole service and costs. The engineers arrived on time and were professional, courteous and really knowledgeable. The whole service is a very well run, with both the people that come to your house and the office/admin side. Mat came to do the proofing and did a fantastic job, very thorough and took the time to asses every area that may need proofing. Mat also left the areas very clean and tidy as well.
They don't skimp on product and are really passionate about getting the job done. I would highly recommend Combat and the icing on the cake is that they provide funds for charities and seem to have a really good ethos with their workforce.

When a family of rats appeared in my garden I went to find some help. Combat's website made me smile at a time I didn't think there was anything to smile about. From my first contact they were really helpful and efficient. Chris came to my home three times and each time explained carefully about all he was doing. After 4 days the rats stopped appearing but it was at the third visit that the bait was taken and I felt more confident. I still have two weeks cover, just in case they have not all gone. I will not hesitate to go back to Combat should I need help again.

Combat Pest Control has been extremely helpful and professional, when dealing with my current mice issue. Mathew provided me with clear information, he answered all my questions and did an excellent job identifying all entry points, implemented a plan to make the mice go away, and he placed the bait exactly where it should be. I would recommend anyone with rodent issues, to contact Combat Pest Control - theyll do an excellent job.

Combat Pest gave a reasonable quote. Not the cheapest but they included 3 visits for the entire service. Communication was good, the technician was punctual, thorough, gave good advice and kept the place tidy. Still early days but I am hoping that sufficient has been done to keep the rodents away.

Wasps nest in the eaves of a tall house was dealt with in a calm and efficient manner. Very pleasant, polite young man turned up at the agreed time, identified the location of wasps nest and administered a powder via a long pole. After a short period of intense wasp activity near the site, movement rapidly tailed off to zero. There has been no further wasp activity. Job done. Thanks.
