We met with Jason and the team and everything looked great. He told us about the thermal plasterboard he would use and all of the things that would make our kitchen great. Two months later and we had a late start, we were never given any plans and nothing was clearly communicated as to what we were getting. This warm kitchen promised is cold with uneven floors, a mess left everywhere and several problems, like doors not fitting and parts not working, needing rectifying over and over again with up to four visits needed in some instances. A lot of the work I have had to do myself and even now we are still finding problems with the white goods fitted failing within just two weeks of use. We are really angry and disappointed with the kitchen because we have done the same process with another company elsewhere. That experience was a delight and cost a seventh of the price. we have been ripped off.
We couldn't have wished for a better team of professional workers. Jason and his team were a pleasure to have around, the lads worked hard were friendly and trustworthy and we were perfectly happy to leave them on their own if we needed to pop out.
