Hi I have had most of my windows replaced in summer 2016 and since then they all have damp around them, and the winter of 2017 (when the installation was 18mths old) the windows had large gaps in them so the wind blew through making a loud noise. I asked them to attend my house and they did advising there was an issue and they would return to fix the windows! Since then I have left messages but never received a call back to arrange a date.

I'm now pregnant and this coming winter my baby is due, but each room has gaps around the window and I fear this company will not recognise the vulnerability I now face! I can see in the reviews that this company post comments advising it was not them that carried out the work people complain about. I have no option but to upload the Fensa Certificate awarded for this property immediately after the installation - I have been advised that problems would not be immediate but would show up in the first 36 months.

Well here we are, 25 months down the line and windows that let the damp and wind in. Please see my video of one of the windows and the proof this company is responsible! I was advised they have a responsibility to fix my windows but I still haven't heard anything back!
