We specialise in electrical inspection work but we also carry out domestic installation and maintenance. Chorlton Electric carry out most types of domestic electrical work with particular emphasis on larger projects such as refurbishments, extensions, kitchens and bathrooms etc. and fusebox/ consumer unit upgrades. We also install sockets and light fittings and attend to general wiring faults when we've time to do so. Please note we don't repair domestic appliances such as cookers, washing machines etc - we prefer to leave it to specialist appliance repairers.
Chorlton Electric Ltd has been providing certification services to Landlords and Housing Associations for around 15 years. We are fully qualified, approved and insured to ensure you satisfy the requirements of the new mandatory electrical safety checks. Chorlton Electric Ltd are specialists at providing Electrical Safety Reports to home buyers. We liase with estate agents and vendors to ensure the inspection goes smoothly and the report provides the information home buyers require. We carry out general domestic electrical work such as consumer unit/ fuse-box replacements and repairs, kitchen and bathroom electrical upgrades, refurbishments and extensions.
