We had six glazed units replaced in their frames in our lounge. The whole process from start to finish was exemplary. We were kept informed regularly as to the progress of our order, and the units were delivered two weeks ahead of the expected due date. The fitters were friendly, efficient and careful to ensure no footprints or mess were left on our cream coloured carpet. They ensured the new glazed units were sparkling clean before they left and took away the old units leaving nothing behind. I would happily recommend this company to anyone considering replacement window units.

We received an efficient and well-organized service from start to finish. The frequent updates regarding our delivery date were greatly appreciated, especially when it was moved up. The team that installed our new front door demonstrated punctuality, politeness, and an admirable attention to detail. They took great care to clean up meticulously after themselves, which was impressive. While I worked from home during the installation, I was particularly struck by the mentoring provided by the lead team member to his younger colleague. We have recently had a replacement roof for our conservatory as our old one was leaking. We were very pleased with the service we received throughout the whole procedure from installation to finishing. It was not an easy task as it was an awkward area but this was managed very well and professionally. The men worked continuously very hard and were polite and friendly, leaving everything neat and tidy and taking away all miscellaneous materials. They also came back to do all the finishing touches and cleaning. Proper job, very pleased. Thank you.
