Glass can be added to enhance every type of door described, subject only to compliance with fire and security regulations. Fire doors with glass apertures present no difficulties and can be plain glass, wired, patterned or toughened as required. Openings can be made to almost any shape, as the company has the machinery required to cut the openings and form the beads to match the desired shapes. Doors are glazed in our factory; fully finished doors are decorated or lacquered after glazing, to give an uninterrupted finished quality.

The full paint grade doors are made exactly as the primed doors but are fully finished with paint in our paint shop. The colours, as chosen by the Client, can be gloss or matt with different colours on either side.
Primed doors are ideal for clients who wish to apply their own choice of paint colour and can be supplied either internal or external grade. The doors are manufactured in a similar fashion to veneered doors, lipped all round with sapele hardwood. Internal doors are covered with a special kraft veneer and external doors with WBP plywood, both of which, when primed, give a smooth base for the direct application of the chosen finishing paint. The primer would be chosen by the client and applied by us to match the requirements of the top coating.
Practical and hard wearing with a stress on durability, laminated doors are second to none in the commercial environment such as schools, hospitals and factories. The laminates are produced by a number of manufacturers in many styles including plains and patterns with our equipment able to mix and match to customers' look and style. The doors are lipped after the laminate is applied, so are seen on the face of the door and can be made in contrasting or matching woods either painted or laxquered.
Veneered doors are made using any commercially available veneer with a lacquer or stain finish that can be varied to give the doors that special look. Veneers are available in quarter cut and crown cut styles and can be full door or with a variety of veneers and finishes inlaid using our specialised equipment. The standard doors are veneered over the edge lippings, which are fitted on all four sides in solid hardwood to match the veneers. Advice and choice is available in choosing the veneers with particular emphasis on protection of our environment where veneers and hardwoods are only chosen from sustainable forests.
