Bakes Architectural Consultancy is a small architectural practice formed in 2002, and based in Bradford, West Yorkshire. We pride ourselves on being able to provide quality designs and professional personal service at competitive rates. Our ethos is to provide clients with all the information required to gain statutory approvals, obtain prices and construct the final project, rather than providing the minimum level of information that we can get away with! We undertake a wide range of projects but specialise in residential design, taking on projects from large residential housing projects to the most modest of domestic extensions.
