After selling us several doors they did not have we requested a refund, it has been several weeks and we are still without our money to order elsewhere. So far they feel like a scam company.

I had been looking for a specific door to replace my front door and was experiencing severe supply issues. Door deals responded to my stock enquiries promptly and luckily had the one I was searching for in stock. I had been let down by two other door suppliers who had taken my order and payment before informing me they were out of stock until May. The process of ordering and delivery was quick and efficient and staff very friendly and helpful. I received my order within five days and am very pleased with the product. I am pleased with the price I paid for the item and delivery.

I would like to thank the Doordeals team for their patience & advice whilst choosing my new front door. Being a door buying novice I found that my enquiries & questions were answered politely & efficiently (Top marks for emailing close up's of the glass kellyann!)
I was also impressed with the fact they delivered on their own van. The driver was polite & did not grumble when I asked him to carry it round the back of our house (even though it's very heavy!).
The goods were delivered within the week, my only gripe was the delivery driver arrived around 6.30 am. They did advise it could be early & I was the first drop, but I did not know there were two 6.30's in a day. Thanks again.
