Very happy with our new media wall. Good service and very helpful in the shop. Work was booked in very quickly after picking a fire and Jay, the fitter, was very knowledgeable when it came to advising on how the wall should look. Jay and his work mate worked non-stop and completed the work much quicker than expected.

From start to finish, I have had remarkable service. Firstly, the sales person named Tony in the shop was really knowledgeable and after listening to what we wanted he could make a great recommendation within our budget. The fitter, Jay and his team were clean and tidy - knew exactly what they were doing. They were super fast and efficient. Nothing was too much of a problem. Very impressed and I would highly recommend! Its refreshing to have such good tradesmen!

We have been so happy with the service we got from Flames of Hull. We moved our fire place completely & Jay came out to offer advice on the design & the work they have done has been brilliant, even taking out the old & plastering the wall off. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend.

Our first impression was excellent , all the staff are lovely and very welcoming and helpful . Great advice given and apart from one hiccup the customer service was excellent . Can highly recommend Flames of Hull, they have a very extensive showroom with many fires on display. We were helped by Tom in the showroom , who was excellent at guiding us with his professional knowledge , also very patient as it took a couple of visits before we picked our fire and surround. When it came to installation the two fitters were a credit to the company. They were very professional and did a 1st rate job, also were both very friendly and a pleasure to welcome into our house. Well done Flames.
